Surrendering an Animal

If you are looking to surrender a pet or stray animal fill out the following form. Please understand that due to capacity and funding limitations not all animals that are submitted will be chosen for placement.

Surrendering an animal can be a stressful and emotional decision. We at HSGC hope to help keep pets in their homes as much as possible. When an animal is surrendered, they are confused, scared and often depressed. We hope that the people of Garland County are considerate to the life changing affect that living in a shelter can have on their former animals. Please do everything you can to keep your pet.
