The Humane Society of Garland County is dedicated to placing puppies, dogs, kittens and cats in loving, responsible homes where they will live for the rest of their lives. All potential adopters are extensively interviewed so they may be matched with an ideal pet for their lifestyle, living space, schedule, budget and more.
To begin the adoption process, you will talk with one of our adoption counselors who will discuss your particular situation and recommend a pet that will best suit your lifestyle.
Keep in mind; pets need long-term commitment and care. A child's initial excitement will likely fade over time as the "new wears off." Adults should be prepared to provide most of the animals care and teach children the proper way to care for and treat the pet.
